The Amici Guesthouse had a great location, just a short walk from Termini station, making it super convenient for getting around. The elevator helps avoid the hassle of climbing stairs to the 4th floor, which was a bonus after a long day. I also appreciated being able to store my luggage before check-in, allowing me to explore the city freely. However, I struggled with check-in since no one was at the front desk when I arrived, leaving me waiting outside for a bit. The room itself was a bit cramped, and the bathroom was in need of some improvements—there were signs of mold in the shower, and I was uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the facilities overall. Additionally, I was disappointed that the staff wasn't very responsive or helpful during my stay. Despite the positives, the room's maintenance and staff service could use substantial enhancement.

the shower stall was really small ⚠️ the lift made getting to our floor so much easier the staff was really friendly and allowed us to store our luggage early 🧳 the location is close to the train station

Conveniently located near Termini station with an elevator. However, reception was cluttered and check-in was frustrating.

elevator access, proximity to Termini station, extra bed availability
Broken AC during a heat wave, strong sewage smell from bathroom, noticeably cluttered reception area, staff restroom lacking basic hygiene, inability to negotiate early departure, unwelcoming initial impression with unsolicited watch sales!!!

Conveniently located near the central train station, the Amici Guesthouse features a lift, making it easier to access the 4th floor. The front desk staff was accommodating, allowing luggage storage prior to check-in even when the room was not yet ready. This flexibility was greatly appreciated during our early arrival.
The shower stall was somewhat small and the glass shelf appeared to be unstable.

Great location near Termini station
The location of my stay was perfect, just a short walk from the Termini station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, which made for a restful night after days of sightseeing. However, the check-in process was a bit frustrating as there was no one at the reception when I arrived, so I had to wait outside for a while. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but the staff responsiveness could use some improvement.

It was just an appropriate option for a quick stopover in Rome with fantastic value for money. The staff were quick to respond when my suitcase was stuck in the elevator, which made a potentially stressful moment much easier. Consider visiting during the days when the streets are less crowded for a more relaxed experience.

The location provides easy access to major attractions, just a short walk from the transport hub. The room was tidy and the comfortable bed made for a restful night. However, the initial check-in experience was confusing due to the reception being unstaffed, and the lack of visible signage for the hotel made it hard to find. Additionally, some noise from the street was noticeable at night, which disrupted sleep.

Group travelers, not a bad choice
Location was pretty good, just steps from the central train station! And we had an early arrival, so it was nice the front desk let us store our bags in the room without a hassle!
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still acceptable.
